Frank Ocean's Cousin Sha'Keir Duarte Sues Chris Brown For $3 Million

Duarte says he has sued Chris Brown for pain, suffering, distress, medical expenses and inconvenience.

Frank Ocean's cousin Sha'Keir Duarte has filed a lawsuit for more than $3 million against Chris brown stemming from a January altercation outside of a West Hollywood recording studio, according tmz.com
Duarte reportedly claims that members of Brown's entourage hurt him during the fight.
According to tmz.com, Duarte itemized the damages as listed below.

• $1,000,000 for pain, suffering and inconvenience
• $1,000,000 for emotional distress
• $1,000,000 for punitive damages
• $60,000 for medical expenses

Duarte sued Brown in August for injuries suffered in the brawl.
