Arsenal are ready to offer Real Madrid a whopping £2million loan fee in order to sign Alvaro Morata on loan in January, reports the London Metro

The 21-year-old striker has been identified as the north London club's primary target this month, as they look to maintain their Premier League title challenge this season.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is keen to add attacking reinforcements to provide competition for Olivier Giroud, even more so following recent injuries to Nicklas Bendtner and Theo Walcott.

The England international forward suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury in the FA Cup third round victory over Tottenham at the weekend, and has been ruled out for the remainder of the 2013/14 campaign.
It also leaves Walcott's hopes of playing in the 2014 World Cup in Brazil hanging by a thread.
Morata is keen to take in a temporary loan spell away from the Santiago Bernabeu, in a bid to experience more regular first-team football. However, Carlo Ancelotti is keen to keep the Spain U21 international at Real Madrid.
The £2million loan fee will hopefully convince the Italian coach to let the talented young striker leave the Spanish capital, with Arsenal ready to submit the offer in the next few days.
